It's that time of Year again. Time for Vampires, Ghouls and Zombies to roam the Earth! It's Halloween! And that means it's time for the Vampire Ball! We again have the Lovely Shannon McCabe and Lesli Quong. We find out what this years theme is and the amount of work that goes into this Event. You will see Junior and Leo at this year Ball. If you see a Star Trek guy, say Hi!
We have a Karen Penfold from the Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation and The Vampire Ball's Shannon McCabe representing Wendy Williams for The VAMP in Vampire Pinup Pageant. That is a mouthful, I may need a nap. Proceeds from the The VAMP Pageant events will go to the Foundation. It gets pretty serious at times because it is a serious illness, but very informative. Take a listen and Donate!
It's a bird, it's a plane, no it's Jason Dube. Jason, an illustrator and
comic book maker, drops by Big Z Studios to tell us about making comic
books and the Sacramento Comic Con scene. Jason is in charge of "Artist
Alley" and SacCon. He also has a weekly get together for seasoned and
first time artists. A very interesting and driven man who started his
own comic book company. Listen and enjoy.
John Marcotte is a very unique individual, he is a husband, father and political satarist, webmaster of Badmouth and Rescue Marriage. During the Holiday session he transforms into the driving force behind the Cookie Project. The Cookie Project started when John saw people would have to work on Christmas day. So his family whipped up a batch of cookies and delivered them to the employees. Yes that simple. A few years later it has gone National. Listen, get inspired and join us Next year.
